At CAC, we offer a fantastic range of rewarding volunteer roles designed to suit different skills, interests, and availability. Whether you're a student, a professional, or simply passionate about helping your community, there's a place for you at CAC.

The roles may vary by location and programme, but the main areas you can expect to volunteer in include:

  • Client Support & Advice
    Assist people in understanding their legal rights, accessing financial help, or navigating civic services.
  • Admin & Customer Service
    Help with organising appointments, record keeping, client follow-ups, and keeping our systems running smoothly.
  • Fundraising & Partnership Building
    Support with fundraising campaigns, donor outreach, and building relationships with sponsors.
  • Media & Content Creation
    Create social media posts, blogs, graphics, and educational materials to raise awareness.
  • Research & Advocacy
    Gather data, document community issues, and help us campaign for fairer laws and policies.
  • IT & Digital Support
    Assist in maintaining our website, databases, digital tools, and tech setup for advice clinics.
  • Volunteer Support & Recruitment
    Help us onboard, train, and care for our team of amazing volunteers.
  • Trustee or Advisory Role
    Provide strategic guidance and oversight to help CAC grow sustainably.
